1. Our Services

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in courts located in Davanagere, Karnataka, India.
11. Dispute Resolution
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Legal Terms, any dispute will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under Indian Arbitration laws, or within the jurisdiction of courts in Davanagere, Karnataka.

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.

Union Cybers is an independent facilitation platform and is not affiliated with any official government portal or agency. Final issuance of all official documents, certificates, and approvals rests with their respective government departments.
14. Limitations of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMpLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
